we are a small and exclusive group of fitness artists and exercise specialists. our wellness group consists of eight trainers, two yoga instructors, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, nutritionist, and a holistic wellness doctor. we offer the highest level of training, as well as nutrition counseling, body comp analytics, pilates, massage therapy, and acupuncture as well as hosting our own cycling team. our mission is to create an all-inclusive, individualized gym experience for our members. through tailored, comprehensive fitness programs and personalized attention to each member’s wellness journey, we seek to create positive changes in their lives and the community as a whole. in fitness, as in business, success relies on all elements working harmoniously together. offering our members a seamless and interactive network of health and fitness opportunities is at the heart of our endeavors.
