my name is julia holloway and i’m a business consultant and leadership coach. i’m passionate about helping individuals and teams function collaboratively to support commonly understood business objectives. we live in an environment of perpetual change. organizations and leaders need help in defining and implementing their strategic objectives and at the same time staying true to their core values and beliefs. i help clients look at the macrosystems in play “out there” in the market and at microsystems in play inside themselves. i help leaders paint a vision of the future based on their strengths, values, and passions and co-develop with them concrete steps for sustaining the changes they seek.
