das junge forum kartellrecht (jfkartr) ist eine initiative von mitarbeitern der juristischen fakultät der universität tübingen. es wurde von dr. sarah legner ins leben gerufen und wird derzeit von simón maturana und nils model weitergeführt. es bietet praktikern und nachwuchswissenschaftlern eine plattform, aktuelle entwicklungen in der kartellrechtspraxis und forschungsprojekte zu präsentieren bzw. zur diskussion zu stellen. hierzu veranstaltet das jfkartr regelmäßig vorträge und workshops. ein besonderer schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der interdisziplinären auseinandersetzung mit dem kartellrecht. neben der rechtsdogmatischen durchdringung spielt insofern die ökonomische analyse des rechts eine hervorgehobene rolle.
