Junior Varsity Volleyball Training Centre

the jvcenter is a high performance volleyball training facility focused on developing the complete athlete. athletes can access volleyball courts, strength training area and barre/yoga studio. on court skill training is available through individual lessons, camps, position specific sessions and specialized programs. physical training, including strength training (group and individual) as well as barre & yoga classes are also available. court rentals are available for teams, groups and other sports that utilize gym space.
