juno is a women-centered wellness space and cafe and community in east london running classes and workshops that challenge and change the female narrative. education and empowerment are at the beating heart of juno. from periods to pleasure, from money to mindfulness, and from breathwork to body positivity. women’s health, ritual & self-care feature heavily on our events program, both online and irl at our space in leyton. although our classes are female-focused, we are a warm, inclusive & welcoming space.
