junyi metal & plastic mold co. limited established in 2001, as an iso9001:2000 certificated company, we offer integrated capabilities in mold design, mold making, plastic injection molding, prototyping, die casting, metal stamping and simple assembly. equipped with lathe, drilling, and grinding; high speed cnc, edm & wire-cutting machine and a full complement of auxiliary manufacturing functions. there are 20 sets injection molding machines, which are high precision from 60t to 400t in our injection molding department. in our printing & assembly department, there are 2 production-lines which is 20 meters, 2 sets dust-free spray-paint tanks, 15 sets silk-screen machine and 3 sets of large-sized ultrasonic welding machine for assembly.
