i mix my passion for music, public speaking and social phenomenon to enlighten individuals, businesses and organisations on the intrinsic power of social capital and the potential of properly aligned values. i teach them how to identify, attune and seize this latent asset for social innovation, more relevant csr, improved hr, sincere pr, a heightened sense of community and a more socially and environmentally aligned perspective of day-to-day activities and strategic objectives. i inspire with real stories and illustrate through comedy. i use music to prove an authentic "perk"​ can be a core value driver. i use my 15-year experience working with artists in music and entertainment to explain values, credibility, motivation and how they affect internal dynamics and external perceptions. i also provide insight to aid organisations convert their internal values into positive change. ”i also make people sing and dance, because it’s more fun like that.”
