professional coaching is a collaborative partnership where clients partner with a coach to engage in a thought-provoking and creative process targeted towards maximizing a client's personal or professional potential. jurisd coach provides programs for judges, lawyers and legal professionals seeking to increase their internal awareness with the added benefit of making themselves more productive in the legal profession. our program provides coaching primarily in the areas of business development, time management, "lawyer burnout", office management and communication, team building, resilience, and delegation skills. our coaching also helps to identify problem areas affecting the client's law practice and further assists in creating and implementing plans to move past the issues identified by the client.
