after getting my ph.d. from the university of washington in 1978 in communication science, i was a psychotherapist for about 15 years. in 1993, i started my trial consulting practice and have been a full time trial consultant since 1995. i have worked on over 500 cases (all areas of civil litigation, plaintiff/defense, and criminal defense including a dozen death penalty cases). here is a link to a television segment about my work that 1st appeared on seattle king tv’s “evening magazine” around the time that the kobe bryant “rape” case was in the news.
