i am a nationally certified advanced personal trainer with certifications from nasm, ifpa, and apex nutrition. i have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years as a personal trainer. before i opened just breakthrough personal fitness, i was a fitness director for three different health clubs throughout southeastern wisconsin. i currently have expanded my training to the new berlin school system, training young athletes in speed and agility. i love training pre and post-surgical clients along with pre and postpartum women. i have trained all ages, shapes, sizes, men, women and children. if you’ve been looking for help or motivation and weren’t sure where to go, or what’s best for you then we can help. just breakthrough personal fitness, train in private, look great in public.
