just eat plants was created to help inspire you to prevent and reverse chronic illness through eating a whole food, plant-based diet. after receiving a life change diagnosis of multiple sclerosis at the age of 40, i wanted to do whatever i could to stay well and avoid disability. motivate by my love for my two small children, i discovered that a whole food, plant-based diet could prevent further relapses and allow me to recover from the debilitating disease to live a full and meaningful life. working as a plant scientist for almost two decades has helped me to choose a path to wellness based on the compelling evidence at hand. i am skilled in knowing how to read the science and cut through the misconceptions and confusion around plant-based nutrition. certified in plant-based nutrition and am now studying to become a nutritionist. six years on from adopting a whole food, plant based diet, i live symptom and relapse free. i created my business, just eat plants, to help and assist
