just roots consulting, llc is a certified lgbtq+ owned social enterprise that supports organizations to become industry leaders in anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. our transformative consulting services work to foster critical awareness and effective action rooted in anti-racist and anti-oppression principles and cultural humility. we root out white supremacy norms and fears that are choking your organization's potential, and work with you to seed new, just ways of celebrating your people and doing business. since 2018, we have trained and supported thousands of attorneys, judges, and non-legal professionals across industries and across the united states. our project teams always include people of color, people with disabilities, and/or lgbtq+ people, and a dedicated portion of our revenue supports leadership and entrepreneurial development of lgbtq+ communities of color.
