we love yoga. we enjoy a good drink. we thrive on community. we have made it our mission to combat the infamous seattle freeze and get people moving their bodies. you don't have to be able to do the splits or stand on your head. you don't even have to be able to touch your toes. we provide an approachable and casual way to practice yoga. all of our events are offered in unconventional spaces such as bars, taprooms, conference rooms, patios, day-of wedding venues; you name the venue, and we figure out a way to make it work. we take care of the legwork, so you can enjoy getting to know your community through movement and a drink. after many beers and brunches attempting to figure out a fun way to make our vision a reality, one day the light bulb went off. what better way to get people together than to combine two of our favorite things, booze and yoga? join us for yoga in the bar, whether it's your first class or your 100th.
