justu marketing was founded in may of 2018 by dedrick jackson. dedrick worked as an account executive for gorman recruiting, after an eight year career as a financial advisor. while meeting with business owners and talking about hiring needs, the conversation always seemed to gravitate to marketing, and how expensive and frustrating it was. dedrick heard multiple stories about marketers who promised “likes” and “subscribers”, all while they pushed products or ideas that cost the business owner thousands of dollars with no accountability to the return on investment. the advice given always seemed to be out of date, overly expensive, or unrealistic, however because there were no other options, business owners were throwing money at their marketing plans like noodles against a wall, hoping something stuck. taking from his experience as a financial advisor, dedrick takes time to listen to others and their needs before making any recommendations, and says that he puts the focus where it sho
