jyot foundation is one of the independent and youth volunteer non-profit organizations founded on sept. 5, 2017, by a small group of young friends with a strong passion for driving change in society by implementing innovative ideas. the organization provides socially conscious students and young professionals a platform to serve the community and bridge the gap between the learned and the unlearned through education. our volunteers educate and mentor children from orphanages, slums and specially-abled students. we are actively involved in mental health awareness, blood donation and tree plantation drives. cloth donation in the tribal region and celebrating festivals with underprivileged people are some of our annual initiatives. at jyot, we believe that if our efforts can bring even a little change in society, they are justified. our volunteers are latent potential that india needs for a bright and prosperous future.
