k&f electrical services is a start up services company which is located in rondebult ext 2 in germiston our business will be rendering services to its target market which is the wiring of electricity in building premises; we will be targeting people from different background such as people who are poor, stable and rich. our strategy is to start by targeting people who own houses whom their electricity wiring is not safe n not done properly and also focus on people who are building houses to let, rooms and renovating building(s). k&f electrical services aims to offer its services at competitive prices to meet the low, middle and higher income earning residents. we will set our prices depending on how our competitors prices are set and we will set them below their prices by just 10% to enable us to attract prospective clients and also to create a name for ourselves in the industry since we are still newbie’s.
