K-State Sigma Alpha Professional Agriculture Sorority

sigma alpha is a professional agricultural sorority existing in many colleges across america. founded in 1987 at the ohio state university, five young women wanted an alternative to the social sorority system. they desired a group of women to bond with over their mutual passion of agriculture. within the organization, there are four pillars our women strive to elevate: scholarship, leadership, fellowship and service. since 1987, sigma alpha has a sisterhood spanning across the nation to include nearly 100 chapters; including the alpha omega chapter at kansas state university. together, we are steadily learning and growing together in agriculture.
