K-Tig

k-tig is a single-pass, x-ray quality, full penetration keyhole welding technology which performs a 6 hour tig weld in under 3 minutes - just 1% of the time normally required. the average cost saving of k-tig customers is between 80 and 90 percent. k-tig welds meet all us and european welding standards (including asme 9) and have been subjected to exhaustive lloyds-certified testing. k-tig welds are performed in a single, full penetration pass up to 1/2in (13mm) in stainless, duplex, super duplex, hastelloy, inconel, nimonic and numerous other corrosion resistant materials and super alloys, and up to 5/8in (16mm) in titanium, zirconium and other reactive metals. k-tig has exported to 17 countries and is being used extensively in the vessel, tank, tube & pipe, oil & gas, nuclear, water treatment, defence and other industries. k-tig is built on a simple commitment - to provide fabricators with order-of-magnitude productivity gains and industry-defining customer support.
