as the nation’s largest and oldest prep licensing agency, k12 licensing has a proven record of success that no other agency can match. since 1997, k12 licensing has helped more than 5800 high schools across the country implement and maintain an effective trademark licensing program. we believe in a true partnership, in which we do the work and the school makes the decisions. it is our job and responsibility at k12 to do all the due diligence so that your school is in a position to make wise and effective decisions. we will make recommendations and suggestions to the school, but ultimately it is the school’s decision. we believe this is key in the development of a successful licensing program.
