(k2ce) was formed in february 2011. k2ce is a professional land development services firm which provides civil engineering design and consulting services to clients in the states of new jersey, pennsylvania, and delaware. our experienced staff is comprised of licensed professional engineers specializing in private site development, public utility engineering, transportation engineering, and municipal engineering. k2ce also provides experience in development feasibility investigations, environmental assessment and permitting, project management, construction inspection, and contract administration. k2ce offers a complete project package which incorporates the principles of engineering while providing the vision and guidance necessary to achieve the goals of each individual client.
