k9s 4 valour is a not-for-profit organisation that was established in 2015. our aim is to provide service dogs for past and present serving first responders who are experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd). our vision is to become a well-known, go-to organisation for advice, information and media comment. in 10 years’ time, we want ptsd in first responders to be as recognisable and well-known as cancer – including in terms of research, funding and support. as a growing organisation, we rely heavily on the support of the community.
