started lawn service and landscaping co in 1993. a client was a reo specialist and got me started in property preservation in 2007.. although i never heard of "property preservation" i was doing evictions, board-ups, trash outs, pool covers and cutting grass etc. i'm a licensed contractor but none of the work i do requires a permit in florida..i have a licensed pool guy to do acid wash and any other service needed..i'm always willing to take on more work so i don't have to layoff any employees. i enjoy linkedin and discussions with my peers.
