everyone has experienced confusing and challenging events in their life, and parenting doesn't come with a manual. after many years working with parents who have been struggling, young people who feel they are lost and clients of all ages that are facing confronting events, i realised i wanted to move into the area of mental health to be able to further assist my clients. i am an aasw registered social worker who has worked with parents and young people in the area of mental health, anxiety, depression behaviour change, parent management, behavioural plans, interpersonal therapy, psycho education, cbt, act and domestic violence. not only will i work with the individual, i can work with the whole system that surrounds and supports my clients.
