ka fit runs unique retreat style, ladies weekend fun fit camps,in barry island, south wales 2 minutes walk from the sea, teaching exercise and nutritional tips to easily incorporate into individual lifestyles. ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. being small groups (maximum 6), the ladies can train at their own pace, in a fun, sociable, stress free environment, with a very motivating, experienced, female instructor. the camp incorporates outdoor/indoor, theory and practical workshops covering all aspects of a lady’s wellbeing in a fun, educational and informative way, giving fit tools for life. nutrition, the heart, muscle strength, core, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, face, pelvic floor and de-stressing, are all be included. there is plenty of opportunity to ask any questions and info packs to take home. ka fitcamp is the high heels of boot camps ! ka fit also runs local fitness classes at the barry island community centre..
