kaafi counseling is a multi-specialty group practice of highly qualified and credentialed clinicians supporting diverse communities in florida and in ottawa, canada. our clinicians are deeply committed to providing inclusive healing spaces and promoting total well-being through individual, couple, family, and group therapy. our group practice also provides accessible psycho-education for deeper learning to build resilience and increase meaningful relationships as part of our treatment planning. the modalities we use include but are not limited to cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (dbt), gottman method for couples, trauma-focused behavior therapy (tf-cbt), and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (emdr).
