kaamyaabi, an iit and iim alumni venture, aims at redefining the way recruitment of fresh college graduates is done. we offer free recruitment to companies and provide them with tested and verified candidates. our tests evaluate each candidates job-quotient based on a variety of parameters. based on their needs, the recruiters can screen the right candidates through a range of tools. they can filter candidates on the basis of colleges, disciplines, their academic scores, their job-quotient scores and other relevant skill and personality based parameters. the recruiters will have the flexibility to assign weights to each parameter to hand-pick candidates that fit their requirements.
