Kabonero Mountain Coffee

a fairtrade-certified coffee cooperative located in the bunyangabu district of western uganda, aiming to strengthen the capacity of coffee farmers, empower youth and women and achieve lasting socio-economic transformation of our community. since our establishment in 2013, we have implemented a variety of premium funded projects in two communities, nyamba and bulyambaghu. most notably, we have provided water facilities, farm inputs for quality and productivity improvement, supported construction of school facilities, conducted trainings in the fields of gap, gender equity and environmental conservation, and empowered farmers and their families lives through provisions of solar power, telephones and improving financial infrastructures.
