our goal at kaia fit redmond is to change lives by helping women ages 18 and older get stronger, lose weight and meet athletic goals they would never have dreamt possible, while having the time of their life and making life-long friends. kaia fit redmond provides combination of full-body functional intense training exercises for women including cardiovascular training, plyometrics, strength & endurance training, kettle bells, kaia flow (yoga), trail runs/walks, and much more! we focus on different levels of exertion for all fitness levels. no two kaia classes are ever the same! a fitness program without committed nutritional assistance is considered a gym. we are not a big box gym, crossfit, or curves. we take the nutritional aspect of our kaia program very serious. we provide themed session & nutritional manuals, our kaia cookbook, step by step meal plans, food journaling, physical assessments, fit testing, walk, talk, and taste workshops, cooking classes, and ongoing nutritional supp
