kali's gift yoga studio in wellington village, ottawa is a comfortable, intimate, and relaxing place to practice yoga. classes are small, 6-8 maximum per class, depending on the style of yoga. this allows the opportunity for individualized guidance, no matter whether you are a new yogi or you've been practicing for years. there is a gas fireplace in the studio; perfect for fireside yoga on those cold winter nights. and during the summer, there is access to a rooftop patio: an opportunity for moonlit chandra namascaras or sunset yoga when the weather permits. imagine...yoga in the treetops. the studio is well equipped with plenty of props to support you, allowing you to find space and comfort in your poses. it also includes 2 great yoga wall stations with straps, swings, bars, handles and hooks; everything you need to get started or keep going. studio entrance is off the driveway on spencer street. street parking is available.
