we are a martial arts and self defence school in the city of bath, uk, specialising in dealing with weapons, multiple attackers, hold-ups and ambushes, covering all stages of conflict from the initial 'bad feeling', through the physical stages, to managing consequences of action (or inaction). we strongly believe that the knowlege you gain through martial arts training will help you with the ordinary battles of every day life - self confidence, relationships, stress, weightloss, and confrontations in work or at home. our motto is "self defence with confidence" we offer training in corporate workshops and seminars, individual private tuition, and twice weekly group classes. get in touch to find out more!
