Kalibotan

kalibotan is a charitable foundation that provides financial support to charities and non-governmental organizations (ngos) active in developing communities. founded by fashion designer dia ates, kalibotan emphasizes programs that train students and young professionals, encourage mentorships, and create jobs for artisans, especially those in fashion and furniture design. kalibotan supports projects that build infrastructure, encourage entrepreneurship and the development of artisanal skills in communities across the developing world. funds are used to provide financial support to a portfolio of non-governmental organizations (ngos) that underwrite programs in developing communities. we are funded primarily through a portion of sales of dia ates fashions, social events, and direct donations. funds raised are distributed to selected organizations that work in our designated project areas.
