the kalisher trust transforms the lives of young people, as we work towards achieving a more socially mobile and diverse criminal bar. we believe talent comes in many forms and from all backgrounds, and that a diverse criminal bar will better reflect the society it serves. we aim to help, encourage and inspire young people of ability, commitment and ambition to achieve their potential through the development of advocacy skills and participation in other programmes and thus develop a career at the criminal bar. the trust has four main aims: to help broaden the ethnic and social representation of the criminal bar by supporting those who, despite their potential, have faced multiple challenges as they strive to achieve their career ambitions. to provide training, financial support, mentoring and assistance to encourage and inspire young people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their potential through the development of advocacy skills. to encourage and support young people who wou
