kalizma, llc provides design services to the lighting and home decor industries. with a background of managing wholesale companies in these industries and more than 60 years of combined experience, we take a different approach to design. we analyze your existing line or brand, your competitive space, the industry at large and upcoming design trends. once the analysis is complete, we propose the design additions that are best suited to your brand, always with an eye towards sell-through, not just aesthetics. we understand that the most beautiful items in your line are the best sellers. once we have agreed on designs, we will work with your factory partners (or we can suggest factory partners) to execute the designs. when initial samples are ready we travel to the factories to work on the fine details and get all samples to the final stage; ready to order. we aid with ul, cul or etl certification, pricing, packaging, instruction sheets, replacement parts ordering, marketing data and more
