the kamasztér foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization. it operates in budapest and the disadvantaged regions of hungary. its’ goal is to ease social inequality and to raise the life quality of the youth. our professional work includes the improvement of young people’s intermediate environment and providing training for educators and parents. alongside them, our core activity is the development of skills and abilities through playful games as well as through talent management. we are working with a self-made methodology in which integral parts are abstract, strategic, often board games that help to enhance logic and self-knowledge. such board games allow young people to achieve useful skills in the world of work, to deepen social relations, and to improve emotional intelligence in a joyful manner. our development programs help these youngsters to unfold their talents. therefore in our talent points, we strive to carry out advanced personality developments. in sum, the kamasz
