our 4000 yards factory is where a broad range of processing and packaging operations are carried out. the kum kum we provide are made from natural ingredients, and no synthetic material are used in its manufacturing. in the soap making process, the material is pre-treated to eradicate the impurities and achieve the desired color, fragrance and performance characteristics. the steps performed in its making are saponifying or neutralizing, drying, blending, homogenizing, refining, extruding, cutting and stamping. we follow one or combination of processes for formulating washing powder. and, these processes are spray drying, agglomeration, and dry mixing. the gel cleaning products are produced either through batch blending process or continuous blending process. the machinery and equipment we have for the production are:
