the idea of kampala hospital ltd khl was developed by a group of experienced doctors, other professionals and businessmen in uganda with an intention of bringing services to uganda which are being sought by many people who go out of the country seeking quality medical services. the initiators of the idea were aware that the skills necessary for quality health care delivery were not lacking in uganda but the necessary tools were scarce or not available at all. there was also the realization that a number of skilled medical workers migrate to other countries due to lack of job satisfaction because of lack of appropriate tools to match their skills.
