kbz żuradzka & wspólnicy adwokaci i radcy prawni sp. k. has been present on the market for over 20 years. by 1999, it operated as ius s.c., a civil-law partnership offering legal services. subsequently, it was converted into a limited partnership under the name b. żuradzka kancelaria prawna sp.k. since july 2011, it has been in operation under its present name. the law firm was founded by ms barbara żuradzka, a lawyer, who continues to be its mentor. since 2004, we have been a member of the association of independent european lawyers in london. we are also a member of the regional chamber of commerce and industry in katowice, and cooperate with the slovak chamber of commerce and industry for the region of zilina. in 2007-2009, we had an office in dublin, ireland, under the name kmb stuglik solicitors. our team is made up of five partners (a legal adviser, advocates and a foreign lawyer), plus eight lawyers, including three foreign lawyers, and office workers based in two of our branch
