kmj connections llc was created with a passion to work with organizations interested in shaping a new future for teams. a faster pace of work, increasing cognitive complexity, and need for stronger collective action are team realities today. we see workplace teaming as a core building block in every organization that makes work either easy or hard. we help teams focus their attention on often overlooked aspects of teaming such as: (1) understanding what teaming means for a specific situation, (2) learning how to fully capitalize on individual inherent capabilities, and (3) making shared learning and experience a high priority. while our brand may be new, teaming has been a key part of our diverse professional learning and work experience. we have created new teams, worked on different kinds of teams, and led teams of many different sizes. what we have learned over time is that teaming without consideration of purpose and context makes it that much harder to deliver expected results. to
