i’m katharina and k’s is my line of small-batch, artisanal preserves that i am making in harlem, nyc. k's offers jams, jellies, marmalades & condiments, made with respect for natural flavors, adding some magic, and a tremendous love for unique and delicious preserves. k's is for consumers of preserves, wanting to enhance their eating moments through unique flavors and discovery, to create memorable breakfasts, and enjoy a little special deliciousness in a healthy snack. k’s european jams are a harlem made line of artisanal small batch jams, jellies, marmalades & condiments born in the “old world” and reimagined for today’s tastes. the premise is simple- let the fruit flavor shine. light, fresh, not loaded with sugar–and blended for happiness. growing up in rural germany, i've always loved jams. our home had a big country garden and my grandmother and mother always made all our preserves at home. most of the fruit came right out of our backyard and i can still remember the enticing arom
