ar's voice and words is an independent, automated and software based english communication certification program. this program is designed by mr. arjun raina, india's leading voice and accent and business communications coach. he is a british council scholar trained at the london academy of music and dramatic art u.k trained by cicely berry, voice director of royal shakespeare company u.k. he started his training program with ge capital in the year 2001 and has trained thousands in ipos, kpos and bpos. his certification sets standards of excellence for english speaking skills and all programs voiced in standard indian international english. our certification process consists of 6 sections which takes the candidate through a number of words and sentences. a candidate needs to listen to these words/sentences and then speak out the appropriate responses. all of these tests are conducted through an interactive voice response (ivr) system. all the words and sentences spelt out on the ivr ar
