ktk training is a small, customer focused, biiab accredited training and assessment company founded by katie kyrousis. katie has worked in the hospitality industry and in particular in food and beverage service for over 10 years primarily in the luxury, five-star hotel sector where achieving excellence remained her focus at all times. she has a passion for world-class customer service and passing this on to the emerging talent who have chosen the hospitality industry as their career. after gaining a place at the scottish hotel school, part of strathclyde university, katie graduated with a ba degree in hotel and hospitality management in 2008 giving her the foundations for a great career. katie then started her 8 year career at gleneagles hotel as a commis in the strathearn restaurant, progressing through the hotels restaurants, bars and private dining/events departments before becoming the food and beverage training manager in 2013. continuous professional development and sharing knowl
