kendriya vidyalaya no.1 delhi cantt. is one of the oldest school set up in 1963 as one of the 20 regimental schools adopted as central schools under union ministry of education.the management committee of the school is headed by deputy goc in command of delhi area as its chairman and a galaxy of educationists, experts and eminent persons of the community as members. the old students had come up and started the alumni association for the welfare of school and the child education as the prime objective of the association.we will help the students in start up education and other activities.t the school is equipped with good infrastructure which includes technology and spacious playgrounds. the class-rooms are spacious, ventilated and well furnished. the school caters with well-equipped science laboratories, libraries, vast play grounds, etc.
