dr. carmack is an associate professor of communication arts at university of the cumberlands. with half a dozen communication classes in her toolbox and a decade in higher education, she is well-known as a relatable, informed instructor adept at coaching individuals and developing engaging group sessions. in the past five years, she has also worked as a consultant and committee member for churches, non-profits, and small businesses in the areas of marketing, personal branding and development, event promotion, communication strategy, communication skill instruction, team communication, and more.
