lk learning solutions was founded in november 2010. i am liz kearney the l k in learning solutions. i am a professional trainer and business coach. i work with leaders, line managers, teams and individuals. i provide tailored in-house programmes, open programmes and 1:2:1 coaching (online and in person). having worked in a senior management role in retail banking for many years i experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. i also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand. i want to share my knowledge, my expertise and my wisdom with you and authenticate the success and happiness that can be realised by uncovering your best self and living a life aligned to your core values. my programmes focus on self-awareness, self-development and self-actualisation. when you work with me - you will: have a deeper understanding of yourself and others
