our mission is to build creative confidence & entrepreneurial spirit of young india. our theory of change is to nurture a critical mass of inspiring entrepreneurial stories which will lead to a movement of grassroots entrepreneurship.whatever we do, our only aim is to work tirelessly for a future, where you will be able to follow your true passion and purpose. we want to disrupt the status quo by creating an opportunity for leadership and social endeavour among people whose lived reality and its challenges drive them for change in various socio-economic hurdles. we design various context-based programs in collaboration with grassroots organisations. three core elements of our programs are - leadership development, community building & space for experimentation.
