luminare group is unrelenting in our pursuit of an equitable and just world, and we are driven to work with those who are equally unrelenting. all too often data and information, and how they are used, inadvertently reinforce oppressions we seek to eliminate. we believe we have a moral imperative to do our work differently, interrupt existing habits and invest in new practices to support organizations to have deeper impact. we offer strategic planning and evaluation consulting services, capacity building and resources for courageous, new and seasoned leaders and their organizations. we are particularly inspired by those leaders and organizations addressing disparity and structural barriers to equity. we are pushing practice - ours and the greater field’s - in areas related to evaluation, evaluative thinking and leadership development.
