this practice offers individual therapy services for adults providing availability on weekends, some holidays and by special request. my hopes are to provide more individual therapy services to those who have long office hours, commute, or simply have irregular work schedules. treatment services for those who suffer from depression, various forms of anxiety, trauma, wish to improve communication skills, relationship issues, and more. while i focus primarily on interventions using cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy) to alleviate symptoms and improve coping skills, i will always tailor treatment to suit your needs.
