business of culture was founded in 2003 bringing together two complementary smaller consultancies which already had many years of experience in the arts, heritage, culture and creative sectors. business of culture now offers a wider platform of experienced and qualified project, business, organisational, management and research services to our clients in the cultural and creative industries. our independent company has grown and developed an international reputation for its innovative approach and for working closely with our clients to deliver solutions for 21st century demands. business of culture has worked for most of the cultural and creative sector agencies throughout the uk such as the mla (absorbed in to ace), nca (now the archive and records association), ace and its regional bodies, sac, acw, acni, cultural consortia, cabe and a raft of local authorities, regional development agencies, government departments and ndpbs and, internationally, for the british council and ifacca.
