bliss club is a sisterhood of women who are #movingit. we believe fitness is not about how we look but about how we feel both physically and mentally. we are on a mission “to spread happiness through movement”. we believe movement releases endorphins and endorphins make us happy, hence any sort of movement contributes to our happiness. so it's not about how well we move our bodies, it's about how often we do so. #womenwhomove we celebrate journeys of ordinary women who have their own unique path to discovering movement. 99% of indian women don't have 6 pack abs, but unfortunately that is how women fitness in india is portrayed. it's high time this narrative is changed and every small movement that contributes to our journey in fitness is celebrated.
