the primary goal of running therapy is to make life less sedentary and, by doing so, improve the physical and mental health of the client. running therapy is done through personalised programs of walking, running, and breathing exercises. it is intended, for example, for people experiencing burn-out, depression, suffering from anxiety attacks, diabetes, overweight… this type of therapy can be complementary to other treatments but can also apply as a preventive therapy.
